Specialist Clinics

As midwives we appreciate the role of specialists in maternity care. If a consultant review is needed, we have a team of specialists who visit our rooms on a regular basis. Both obstetric (during pregnancy) and paediatric (for baby) specialist appointments are free of charge* on referral from your Maternity Associates midwife. *Conditions : Must be over 16 weeks pregnant and registered with a Lead Maternity Carer. Must hold NZ residency

Babies must be under 6 weeks old.

If these criteria are not met there is the option of paying a fee to attend the clinic.
